About Job As the leader of the Software Localization Project Management team you will be responsible for ensuring high quality, fully localized software experience for all our OS platforms and applications. In this role you will lead the team responsible for tailoring the localization for our software releases and driving support for international features. You will oversee localization project management efforts spanning software engineering, collaborating deeply with teams across to ensure that when anyone uses products anywhere in the world it feels like they were designed specifically for them and their culture. The Software Localization Project Management team is looking for a hands-on leader with proven experience managing software projects. Exceptional communication and influence skills are a must for this role as it requires collaboration across many different engineering, translation, and quality teams. Successful candidates will have an extraordinary attention to detail which can be seen in both how they work and their resulting deliverables. Experience leading technical teams is also important - this is a team of technical project managers focused on complex software releases.
