The Job Goal and Scope This position plays a key role in the management of localization program in the region (SEA). The goal is to support regional localization efforts while managing regional teams to meet client's requirements. Job Requirement: To work closely with internal & external stakeholders to deliver translation and localization projects. To support region's localization opportunities. To support designated localization solutions to meet localization objectives and requirements. To coordinate and organize internal/external localization team to reach desired outcome. Basic Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience within the localization/translation domain. Familiarity with end-to-end localization/translation requirements and workflows. Possesses excellent cross-cultural communication skill. Proactive Team player. Has strong willingness to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management exposure (Workflow/Resource Management. Familiarity with translation/localization tools and TMS. Knowledge of additional language other than English.
